Our Programs
The TIS Leaders Program is a specialized program for sophomores interested in pursuing careers in investment banking and private equity. Leaders members will have access to weekly small group workshops, 1-on-1 resume reviews, exclusive guest speakers and panels, and the opportunity to network with upperclassmen.
TIS Buyside is a program for all TIS members interested in private equity, venture capital and/or hedge funds. This program includes technical preparation, networking, and access to broader professional opportunities for both underclassmen and upperclassmen who may have completed investment banking recruiting.
Previously TIS’s Mentorship Program, the Trojan Finance Academy (TFA) seeks to immerse USC’s highest-performing sophomores into financial services and prepare them to recruit for junior year investment banking internships. Admitted TFA members will be selected during their fall semester of sophomore year and will have an abundance of professional development opportunities. These include being paired 1-on-1 with a mentor, attending a recruiting trek to San Francisco or New York, and specialized training with Training with the Street. The TIS Leaders Program works in collaboration with the TFA to identify interested students with a passion for finance.
