General Program

The TIS General Program is for students of all grade levels and experiences. In the General Program you will be able to access all of the TIS resources, the weekly newsletter, exclusive TIS info sessions and networking events, and the Investment Banking bootcamp. Applications are available at the beginning of each semester.

Leaders Program

The TIS Leaders Program is a specialized program for freshmen and sophomores interested in pursuing careers in investment banking and private equity. Leaders members will have access to weekly small group workshops, 1-on-1 resume reviews, exclusive guest speakers and panels, and the opportunity to network with upperclassmen. Applications are available at the beginning of each semester.

Capstone Program

The TIS Capstone Program is an exclusive program for students of all grade levels and is offered in two variants - Introductory and Advanced. Students in the Capstone Program spend the semester writing equity research reports, performing valuation, building models, and other skills to gain hands-on experience. Applicants will be selected via a lottery for the introductory course application.

Mentorship Program

The TIS Mentorship Program is a selective program for second semester sophomores preparing to recruit for their junior year internships in investment banking. Mentorship members will be paired 1-on-1 with a mentor and will be able to attend recruiting trips to San Francisco and New York. Applications will be available in December with interviews in January.

Executive Board

The TIS Executive Board is a full year position that runs from December through December of the following year. Positions are available to both freshman and sophomores. Applications will be available in early November with interviews sent later in the month.
